How often should I train?

Most clients train 2–4 times per week, but this depends on your goals and schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Where do sessions take place?

Joshua, TX. Mobile sessions are available if you’d rather try an outdoor public place, park, etc. or have your own gym.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a willingness to show up.
