My story

Fitness has always been more than just exercise for me - it’s about transformation, empowerment, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that sometimes get lost along the way. After years of searching for a training approach that truly works, I realized the secret isn’t just in the workouts - it’s in the mindset. That’s why I created Mind Over Muscle, to guide people toward lasting changes that improve not just their physique, but their self-belief.

My Philosophy

I believe fitness is for every body, and progress is personal. My goal is to make each session intentional, motivating, and even a little fun - because transformation should feel good, not overwhelming.

A Little About Me

I know firsthand what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your own skin. I’ve been overweight, tried every easy fix, struggled with consistency, and had to learn how to move my body and fuel it in a way that truly works and is sustainable for me. Fitness didn’t change my life overnight, but committing to working out and eating well changed it permanently. I’ve maintained my results for years, and that experience is what drives my passion for helping others create long-term changes.
